  • The production finding that triggered the work.
  • The baseline evidence and affected conversations.
  • Investigation and implementation status.
  • The repository branch or pull request when one was created.
  • Outcome measurements available after deployment.
Treat generated changes like any other engineering contribution: review the diff, run the repository’s tests, confirm security and data boundaries, and deploy through your normal process.
